Grass fed lamb, from our Black Welsh Mountain flock.

Our lambs spend their entire lives outdoors, munching the lovely Welsh grass.  They are never fed any concentrate food.

They grow at a natural pace, reaching maturity in th Autumn, or in the following Spring.

The meat is hung for 10 days, producing lovely tender meat, full of flavour.

    • 1 x Shoulder Joint (approx 1.5kg)
    • 1 x Leg Joint (approx 2 - 2.5kg. Can be halved)

    • Homemade mint jelly

    Whole Lamb Box (approx weight 14-15kg)

    • 2 x Shoulder joints approx 1.5kg each
    • 2 x Leg joints approx 2 - 2.5kg each (can be halved)
    • Chops
    • 2 packs of mince
    • Liver, Heart & Kidneys if wanted
    • Homemade mint jelly

    Everything vacuum packed and suitable for freezing.
