Reared naturally at grass, our cattle reach maturity at 24 - 28 months old.
Our beef is hung for 21 days to allow the flavour and texture to develop to perfection.
Beef Boxes contain a versatile selection of joints, steaks, mince and diced beef, including our Great Taste Award winning Sirloin steaks.
Grass reared beef contains higher levels of beneficial omega 3 oils and antioxidents.
Grass Fed Shetland Beef
Taster Beef Box (approx weight 7kg)
- 1 Topside Joint
- 1 x Slow Roast Joint
- Pair of prime steaks (rump or sirloin)
- 2 packs of mince
- Plus selection of rolled brisket/diced beef/braising steaks
Family Beef Box (approx weight 14kg)
- Joints: A selection of at least 5 joints (1.5 - 2kg each). All apart from rib joints are boned & rolled.

Fillet steaks can be added (£8 per pack of 2: 180-200g)
Extra packs of mince can be added (£5.50 per pack of 600g)
